Divisional Round Ball Watch Menu
No order for these games. It's the home stretch. Let's go.
Texans at Ravens / Bal -9.5
The fighting Demecos have made their way to the divisional round. What a fucking story. Now all they have to do to keep the dream alive is go into Baltimore and take down the top seeded Ravens led by MVP frontrunner Lamar Jackson. I think Lamar shakes some off the playoff woes which have been overstated and balls out. We saw this matchup in week 1 and CJ looked pretty overmatched in his rookie debut. That was ancient history and now we get to run it back. If it's bad weather I think the Ravens roll but don't you'd be a fool to count out Houston. The weather says it shouldn't be raining so I like that for Houston.
The Pick: Ravens 24-16
Packers at 49ers / Sf -9.5
Jordan Love since week 9 has looked like on one of the best qb's in the NFL and it continued in Jerry world last week. These Packers flipped a switch this year, holy shit. The niners will not be overlooking them by any means. Love will make some plays but this is going to look like the Packers in the first half of the season against a rested niners team. Niners control this one on the ground with CMC and Love has a big INT or two.
The Pick: 49ers 31-13
Bucs at Lions / Det -6
Two number 1 overall picks kicked to the curb by their old teams now playing for a spot in the NFC championship. The big question is will Detroit have a letdown after the biggest franchise win in over 30 years. I say we have a Baker/Goff shootout with a couple subpar defenses. Points points points.
The Pick: Lions 35-28
Chiefs at Bills /Buf -2.5
We all deserve to get this matchup. These games are theatre. Now we get to see Mahomes actually go to Buffalo and play a road playoff game. Josh Allen and the Bills get the monkey off their back of beating KC in the playoffs. They have to win this one or they never will beat them. Thier ability to run the ball and the Chiefs lack of weapons gives the edge to the Bills the edge. Mahomes will need to pull a few rabbits out of the hat to pull this one off. I say he doesn't and the Bills get it done. Now am I an idiot for picking against him? We will see.
The Pick: Bills 24-19
