After a 7 month hiatus I am finally back. Yes, I have still been watching sports. Probably more than I ever have. For not writing for such a long time I will give myself the daily disaster class. Now I have to catch up on everything I missed writing about. Hey Uconn basketball, Denver Nuggets, and Texas Rangers, good job! Okay now that that's covered time to dive into current events. The Warriors stink. They are 8-10 and fresh off a blown 24 point lead to the Sacramento Kings. It been a tough team to watch ever since the punch last season. I just don't get excited about Warriors games anymore. Steph Curry is the only thing enjoyable about the 2023 Warriors to this point. Draymond is his own worst enemy and Klay is just a shell of himself. I'm trying to remain patient that this Big 3 can figure it out and be great as they have so often over the years. The issue this time is that it didn't work out at all last year and the same thing is happening again this season. They were 44-38 last season and it took a heroic Curry performance to even get them out of the first round. I think at this time Klay and Draymond are not good enough to be the 2nd and 3rd best players on a championship team. After the injuries to Chris Paul and Gary Payton they both need to step up even more. I'll touch back on this subject after the Christmas Day game against Denver. Big weeks ahead.
